
Aim: To grow the number of people from black, Asian and ethnic minorities (BAME) who engage with the Outdoors (National Parks and the natural environment), delivering quality of life, health, environmental and educational benefits.
Objectives:
- To facilitate BAME communities to engage with the outdoors.
- To support BAME Communities in sustaining, building and developing links between various urban audiences and key countryside and environment organisations and rural communities.
- To partner agencies, engagement and campaigning work to facilitate engagement with BAME communities
- To campaign, influence and make representation on behalf of BAME Communities in relation to central and local government, National Park Authorities, AONBs and other key countryside and environmental bodies.
